What a move!
Your athletic performance is determined to large extent by how well you control your body movements. You succeed by developing skills to coordinate with those movements. Consider what you do for fitness or how you prepare for your sport. All the training and hard work boils down to how well you move. It may be sprint speed, lateral shuffling, vertical quickness, change of direction, quickness, shooting, throwing, running backwards, dribbling, and so on. You train and strengthen your body for fluid, co-ordinated successions of movement that make you a better player.
